Stress Management
As a coach, Eileen incorporates her training and life experience in a psycho-educational process that provides tools and techniques, as well as, offers guidelines and support for attaining one’s goals and desires. Coaching promotes therapeutic self-care and is very empowering. This holistic approach addresses mind, emotion, body and spirit and provides state of the art techniques drawn from the fields of Energy Psychology, Cellular Biology, Neuro-Cardiology, Quantum Physics and Yoga. Many of these techniques are simple and quick and can be fit into busy schedules.
Coaching for Stress Management is a 4 session package:
- First Session: Understanding the stress response
- Second Session: The body as subconscious mind (unprocessed beliefs and emotions)
- Third Session: Present moment awareness
- Fourth Session: The power of the heart and psychophysiological coherence
