Therapeutic Massage

Nancy Field is an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist, MA58370), NCTMB, and a Practical Nurse. Located in central Florida, she works at the Natural Medicine Center in Lakeland, a Resort, and has a successful private practice.

Working to help you achieve balance, reduce stress, and increase vitality, Back in Balance offers therapeutic massage and bodywork. Nancy integrates numerous modalities to meet specific needs of clients, as unique as the body itself. Trigger point, Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, hot stone, bamboo, geriatric, cancer massage and more.

Catering to men, women, active seniors, and anyone recovering from injury or just wanting a relaxing massage.

Massage is proven beneficial in stress reduction, relief from arthritis, chronic pain, increase joint flexibility, improve posture, promote better sleep, relieve headaches and more. Additionally, it lowers blood pressure, improves circulation, reduces anxiety, promotes faster healing of injured muscular tissue and creates an overall sense of well-being.

Nancy graduated from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy (CRSMT).

Educated in a holistic program that combines the art of massage, sciences of the human body, modern day business, techniques of ancient body workers and celebration of the human spirit.

CRSMT is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association Council of Schools and a Florida State Board Approved Massage School.
